A guilt free veggie chilli with all the flavours of your favourite take away! Soft aubergines, green courgettes, colourful peppers and super healthy red kidney beans slow cooked in a spicy tomato and herb sauce with rock salt and cracked black pepper to season. Served on a bed of perfectly steamed white rice.
