Fresh chicken breast, perfectly steamed rice, free range eggs, fresh peas and sweet bell peppers woked to perfection with a hint of dark soya sauce and garlic. This is one of our best post workout meals due to it’s high carb content balanced with 100g chicken breast for increased muscle growth.
