What is Nude Food Prep?
Nude Food Prep is Brighton’s first food prep company with a range of 30 meals. We deliver simple, clean meals with locally-sourced, whole ingredients with a goal to keeping you on track in a world of over-processed, artificial food products
How do I order?
Simply click here and add your selected bundle to your basket. We have grouped our meals into popular Bundles to save you time at checkout but if you would prefer you can create your own bundle of meals here.
What is the order process?
Checkout your order by midnight Friday. Your order will be split into two deliveries. This will see you covered for meals throughout the week. To opt out of the subscription simply cancel or pause your order at any time.
What if there is no safe space specified?
If no safe place has been specified and you are not available to take delivery of your order, your meals will be returned to the kitchens and you will still be charged.
How much do the meals cost?
All meals are just £5.50
Where do I find the macros of each meal?
The macros for each of our meals can be found on each meal page or bundle of meals.
How long do the meals last?
Our meals are 100% fresh with zero preservatives or vacuum packing so they will last you 4 days from delivery.
Where do you source your food from?
All our produce is purchased locally within Sussex. Our meat is from Handcross Village Butchers and Wickendens Meats in Hove.
How do I heat my food?
All meals can be eaten chilled, however for maximum enjoyment just pop them in the microwave for 2 minutes or put them onto a plate and warm them in the oven.
Can I freeze my meals?
Yes our meals can be frozen, however because we like you to enjoy them fresh we will deliver to you twice a week so you shouldn’t have any need to freeze them.
Can I alter the meals to meet my specific needs?
We offer bespoke meals which can be totally personalised to your requirements – good eh? Simply email us your requirements.
Can I track my meals on MyFitnessPal?
Yes you can – all our meals are on MyFitnessPal. If you search for Nude Food Prep they will all pop up.
Do you deliver?
Local orders – we hand deliver on a Tuesday and a Friday afternoon between 3-6pm. Your weekly order will be split into two deliveries each week. Delivery is £5 per week.
National orders – we use DPD to courier your meals on an overnight service so they will arrive on a Tuesday before midday and Friday before midday. Your weekly order will be split into two deliveries each week. Delivery is £8 per week.
Where do you deliver to?
We hand deliver to BN1, BN2, BN3, BN41, BN42, BN43, BN45, BN5 addresses. We’ve got the whole of Brighton & Hove covered!
We courier the whole of the UK on an overnight service. Your meals are packaged in high quality, foil-lined insulated boxes with multiple ice packs to keep your meals cool.

Can I collect my meals?
Yes you can! We now have a collection point at Change Gym, Unit 1, Portland Road Trading Estate, Hove BN3 5NT. Your meals will be stored in a locked fridge and will be available for collection between 5-8pm on a Tuesday and a Friday. If your meals are not collected within 48 hours of delivery they will be disposed of and no refunds will be offered.
Can I subscribe?
Yes you can!
What if I fail to pause or cancel my subscription before the Sunday midday cut off?
Your meals will still be made the following week but they will be delivered to the YMCA Homeless Shelter in Brighton on your behalf.
How do I subscribe?
Simply check out, fill in your details and leave the rest to us.
How does subscribing work?
You will receive Nude Food Prep on an ongoing twice weekly basis until you tell us otherwise.
How do I pay for subscriptions?
An automated payment system will ensure that you never miss a payment – therefore never miss a meal! We work on a weekly basis. You payment for each week will be taken exactly 7 days after you set up your initial order.
What if I want to change my meal selection each week?
To change your meal options for the following week simply log in to your account and amend your preferences. If you fancy making a meal change this will need to done before your weekly payment is taken from your account. (Your payment is taken exactly 7 days after you set up your initial order).
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel at any time. We just need 7 days notice. Simply click cancel in your account.
The Extra Bits
What if I have allergies?
We cannot cater for specific allergies as we batch cook our food. However please let us know of any intolerances and we will do our best to keep you sweet.
Do your meals contain nuts?
Not all of our meals contain nuts, however all of our meals are made in a unit that processes nuts and nut butters. So please beware!
Do you offer a vegan or vegetarian menu?
Yes we do.
Is your packaging recyclable?
YES! We are proud to deliver your meals in bagasse containers. These are fully recyclable, compostable and biodegradable.
